• Support Research: Provide technological and scientific support for breakthrough research projects.
• Lab Coordination: Supervise lab demonstrations and ensure seamless operations.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of lab professionals.

• Conference Management: Organize and manage conferences and exhibitions.

🎯 Required Skills:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – Must.
• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science – Must, Ph.D. is an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in signal processing, communications systems, and RF hardware – Must.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software/hardware development – Must.
• 3+ years of management experience – Must.
• Proven experience with publications, conference presentations, and technical videos – Must.
• Full command of written and spoken English – Must.
• Significant lab management experience – Advantage.
• Experience with C, C++, microcontrollers, FPGA, communication systems, radar, and testing equipment – Advantage.
• Experience in prototype firmware and hardware development – Advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
