Position Available: Payroll Specialist for Engineering Project Management Company

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role encompasses all aspects of payroll management within the company, from employee onboarding to final settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all payroll processes, including tracking social security contributions, attendance reports, and handling National Insurance claims.
• Prepare and generate Excel reports and provide support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management.
• Experience in a similarly sized organization (approximately 350 employees).
• Proficient in Excel; experience with accounting software is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in bookkeeping is a plus.
• The position is based in Bnei Brak (near Besser Towers).
• After 3 months, one day of remote work will be allowed.
• Flexible hours for parents are available.

Working Hours: Full-time position with the possibility of flexible short and long days.
