PMO Technical Operations

Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with cutting-edge products based in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities

Part of a project management team in the company’s operations department. As part of the team, the PMO will work closely with team leads and management of technical operations & technical support teams to amplify groups efficiency and impactby improving collaboration, detailed planning and innovation.

The PMO will be in charge to centralize and standardize project management, practices and work methods by ensuring every process and project is delivered on time and efficiently by being responsible for: methodologies, best practices, consistency and efficiency in cross group dynamics.

The PMO will oversee and create processes to reflect the state of the specific groups processes to be able to run and be part of cross company processes.

We are looking for an all around player, with managerial & technical skills and project execution experience.

Requirements

• 2+ Years experience in technical project management
• Fluency in English
• Great Communication skills
• Great presentation and organizational skills
• Experience with cross company processes with RnD & Product teams
• Experience in technical support positions – Great Advantage
• Experience with client interface – Advantage
• Experience in system escalation processes – Advantage
• Experience in cyber domain - Advantage
• Technical orientation with CRM systems & on prem solutions – Advantage
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Kibana, Grafana systems – Advantage
