We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Growth Marketing Manager who’s a strategic thinker, hands-on leader, and brand enthusiast. If you’re a results-driven pro with a knack for both brand strategy and performance marketing, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing high-impact growth and brand strategies with measurable results.
• Extensive experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, and social media management tools.
• Demonstrated experience in brand strategy, social media marketing, and content development.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a creative mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth and brand marketing strategies to drive business growth and elevate brand presence.
• Oversee and lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media, content marketing).
• Analyze marketing performance data to track KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Guide, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering, content) to ensure cohesive and integrated growth efforts.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
• Drive social media strategy, including content creation, community engagement, and analytics to boost brand visibility and audience growth.
