A rapidly growing global Tech company located in Modiin
is looking for
A CFO
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall financial management and strategy
- Building business models according to different clients and markets.
- Work closely with board of directors and stake holders, M&A’s and negotiations.
- Establish and maintain policies, controls, and procedures in connection with the company goals.
- Manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Lead the Finance team members
- 4 days on site, 1 day from home.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CFO or as VP Finance, in global growing Tech companies.
- High level of negotiations skills-must, M&A experience- preferred
- Expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategy development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, High-level English speaker.
- Ability to navigate complex financial environments, working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Qualified CPA
