A CFO

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall financial management and strategy
• Building business models according to different clients and markets.
• Work closely with board of directors and stake holders, M&A’s and negotiations.
• Establish and maintain policies, controls, and procedures in connection with the company goals.
• Manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Lead the Finance team members
• 4 days on site, 1 day from home.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CFO or as VP Finance, in global growing Tech companies.
• High level of negotiations skills-must, M&A experience- preferred
• Expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategy development.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, High-level English speaker.
• Ability to navigate complex financial environments, working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Qualified CPA
