Key Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and execute test suites to ensure the release of high-quality software products.
• Identify, document, and track bugs throughout the software development life cycle.
• Collaborate with the tech team on bug fix verification and validation.
• Take ownership of QA processes and flows from the design and planning stage to the release stage of applications.
• Respond to technical assistance requests from employees for both hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, including setting up accounts and access permissions.
• Prepare new computers for employees, including formatting, installations, and configuring necessary software.
• Address malfunctioning computers by diagnosing issues, performing repairs when possible, or determining when to refer them for professional repair.
• Support IT purchasing upon demand, ensuring efficient procurement processes.
• Manage all technology assets, including overseeing the IT backend environment, which includes Azure Active Directory, Intune, Google Workspace, and Monday.com.
• Work independently and as a team member to ensure smooth operations and high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a manual QA engineer in mobile application testing (both Android & iOS).
• Experience in writing test documents such as STP and STD.
• Experience with testing tools and methodologies, preferably Jira/Agile.
• Running all testing types UI/Fun/E2E/Performance/Regression.
• Fast learning with strong analytical thinking and technical capabilities.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Google Workspace is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of QA processes.
• High service orientation with a willingness to assist others.
• Independent problem-solving skills with self-direction and motivation.
• Solid understanding of IT concepts and practices, including hardware configurations, network protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Flexibility, versatility, and creative thinking in addressing IT challenges.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Experience in supporting end-user desktop applications such as internet browsers, printing, antivirus, etc.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with employees in a multitasking environment.
