Creative Team Lead

We’re looking for a talented Creative Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage a group of designers, copywriters, and motion designers, ensuring high-quality creative work and smooth project delivery. You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Creative to uphold project standards, timelines, and budgets

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a cross-functional team to ensure top-quality work.
• Design Expertise: Provide feedback and hands-on support to maintain design consistency.
• Project Management: Oversee client projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Client Ownership: Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing needs and presenting creative concepts.
• Collaboration: Align creative strategies with internal teams and client objectives.
• Process Optimization: Refine workflows to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a leadership or project management role within design, ideally at a digital agency.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience in designing and conceptualizing social media campaigns and performance marketing, with an ability to analyze metrics and optimize results.
• Strong project management skills with experience in overseeing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• High level of English proficiency and exceptional communication skills.
• Strong understanding of design principles, motion design and video production.
