Job Description:

Manage and document technical and administrative files, ensuring timely updates and version control.

Collaborate with HR teams for task coordination and provide administrative support.

Prepare and distribute meeting summaries.

Ensure document accessibility while maintaining confidentiality.

Regular correspondence in English and Hebrew with internal and external stakeholders.

Location: Tziporit Industrial Zone

Requirements:

Experience in document control and management – a significant advantage.

High proficiency in English – mandatory.

Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in summarizing meetings.
