Cato Networks is looking for a Delivery Lead – Automation-QA, to join the Cato team.

In this role, you will be working closely with Automation-QA, R&D, OPS, and Product teams to ensure efficient quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Enable smooth and transparent Automated testing cycles of major product components
• Work with Automation-QA and R&D teams to align on new content and known issues in new product versions, to ensure our agile release process works without delays, yet with great quality
• Monitor Automation testing processes and environment, to learn and establish tools and processes to identify and reduce obstacles and delays
• Plan and sync cross-department Automation QA activities
• Enhance communication and continuity across teams
• Collect, monitor, and share KPIs with the teams and stakeholders
• Act as a problem solver and servant leader
  
  

• At least 2 years of experience as Scrum Master/Project Manager/Delivery Lead
• At least 2 years of experience in leading QA and Automation projects/teams
• Knowledge of best practices in software testing, integration and delivery
• Familiar with SaaS/Cloud development and deployment - Must
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git
• Technical Background as a QA\Automation\Software Engineering- an advantage
