• Design, build, and maintain data models that accurately represent cloud environments and financial operations
• Develop and implement data transformation processes to ensure data is clean, accurate, and ready for analysis, using SQL and dbt.
• Perform in-depth analysis of cloud spending patterns and identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
• Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and other team members to ensure data consistency and reliability across the platform
• Support the development of new product features by providing the necessary data insights and analytics
• Assist in the implementation of cost optimization tools and solutions within the platform

The role is impact-oriented - meaning a very short feedback loop from the research table to the actual value in the customer’s environment.

• In short - Big Data Modelling, Cloud, Dashboarding
• Advanced data modelling and big data analytics (SQL & dbt)
• Proficiency in cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Hands-on experience in BI/analytics platforms, building insightful customer-facing dashboards
  

• FinOps and cloud cost optimization experience
• Data engineering experience - experience in building ELT data flows
