What we're building?

ai.work is a groundbreaking generative AI workflow platform designed to revolutionize internal services within organizations. By leveraging AI-first approaches at every layer, we aim to automate and optimize internal service-oriented business processes, creating a seamless experience for employees and internal service providers. As a startup poised for growth, we're building a team of innovative thinkers and doers who are passionate about shaping the future of work.

Who are we?

Experienced founders, ex-WalkMe, with proven success in the domain and years of experience in tech, product, management and GTM.

Our technology stack includes:

1. Node.js (Typescript) on the backend served over HTTP and WebSockets
2. Async processing using RabbitMQ and Redis
3. Python service for AI
4. LLMs, including RAG and AI agents
5. React (Typescript) in the front-end, built by Vite, with state-of-the-art UX
6. All ESlinted, Prettified, Dockerized and fully Github actions CI/CD-ed 
7. Testing using Mocha, Vitest and Cypress

What will you do?

You will develop the AI functionality of our product. You will own your code from research to development and to production. As we are a small team, you might have a chance to touch our web full-stack as well.

Who are you?

A brilliant, curious, and innovative AI developer with at least 5 years of experience.

You should have the following skills:

• Familiar with the Python ecosystem, conventions and deployments.
• Fluent in writing complex code in Python.
• Practical experience building products based on LLMs.
• Experience with NLP libraries (such as spaCy) and embeddings.
• Proven experience in launching products to production.
• Experience in training language models.
• Experience in retrieval models.
• Focus on test quality over coverage chasing.
• Organized, loyal, team player, self-learner, and high-velocity coder. 
• CoPilot, CodiumAI, or similar AI productivity tools are your best buddies!

Bonus points:

• Cloud experience, AWS in particular.
• Experience with Node.js and React.
• Experience with Postgres, Redis, and RabbitMQ.

We are working full time from our office in Tel Aviv.
