PRACTICAL HARDWARE ENGINEER

Reshef is a leading company developing cutting-edge technologies for the Defense Industry of Fuzzing systems in Israel and for International Markets. Work leveraging a cross-functional skillset across multiple applicable engineering disciplines (Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, etc.) to help design complex systems. Our manufacturing site is located in Sderot and we are looking for a talented and self-motivated HW testing practical Engineer, to be a part of the Testing & Integration team.

Responsibilities:

• Important player of the HW team for working with the Engineering and Production Department.
• Support, HW designs, schematic, and board layout.
• Measurements and testing on PCBs, utilizing standard equipment (power supply, scope, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, etc.)
• Write test process, lead experiments, analyze results of ATP. Write and present technical reports with conclusions and recommendations.
• PCBs bring up, debugging, and integration of existing and new circuits.
• Failure analysis – failure restoration, debugging, fixing problems.
• Technical support to engineers – soldering, wiring, and fixing components.

Qualification:

• At least 4 years of experience in testing PCB boards, analog systems, as a practical engineer (Technician is also welcomed with at least 4 years of experience)
• Hands-on with good technical intuition
• Ability to solder components, and fix bugs.
• Knowledge of technical aspects of PCB production, assembly, and testing.
• Team Player with humility
• Experience with RF circuits and Antennas – Advantage
• Prior experience in the military industry and explosive systems product – Significant advantage
• Analytical mind, problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Can-do attitude, creative, and a team player.
• Good verbal and written Hebrew
• Very autonomic at work
