Job Description:

Hypercore is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of non-bank lending. This exciting opportunity allows you to establish the foundation of our brand and build connections with our market through effective communication strategies.

As a Demand Generation Manager at Hypercore, you'll drive our growth and expand our reach, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Working closely with the CEO, you'll leverage data analytics, digital marketing, and automation tools to accelerate our growth trajectory. This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly expanding industry.

Responsibilities:

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective strategies to generate high-quality leads, nurture them through the sales pipeline, and strengthen our brand presence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead Generation: Develop and implement data-driven, multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, social media advertising, and public relations.
• Demand Forecasting: Analyze market trends and customer data to forecast demand for our platform and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.
• Brand Awareness and Positioning: Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns to establish Hypercore as a thought leader in the industry. Position our brand as a trusted partner to non-bank lenders.
• Marketing Automation: Leverage marketing automation platforms to streamline lead nurturing processes and improve campaign efficiency.
• Customer Acquisition: Identify and target key prospect segments, developing tailored strategies to attract and convert high-value customers in the non-bank lending sector.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and measure marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• ROI Optimization and Budget Management: Maximize ROI through continuous analysis and optimization of marketing initiatives. Effectively manage budgets, allocate resources wisely, and track performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in demand generation roles within B2B SaaS, particularly in financial software, fintech, or related industries.
• Demand generation specialist with a broad knowledge of various marketing elements (ads, creative, acquisition, social media, etc.)
• Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience with marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Mailchimp, Lemlist, Apollo).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
