Role Overview

This dual role combines account management and project management responsibilities.

You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction while managing the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management: Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring continuous alignment with their business objectives. Maintain strong client relationships by proactively managing expectations, resolving issues, and driving client satisfaction across all engagements.

• Project Management: Lead the end-to-end management of assigned projects, from inception to completion. Hands-on management of the full SDLC, ensuring that project goals, scope, timelines, and quality standards are met. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

• Analysis & Planning: Lead detailed requirement gathering, analysis and project planning. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to specify project objectives, scope, functional analysis and other deliverables as necessary. Ensure the creation of full-scale project plans.

• Implementation Oversight: Ensuring successful execution of implementation activities such as QA and acceptance testing, feedback handling, training, migration, and support initiation. Proactively mitigating implementation risks.

• Client Growth & Satisfaction: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for additional collaboration and growth. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through consistent communication and responsiveness.

Key Qualities

• Experience: Extensive experience in client relations management and software project management. Ability to manage both the technical delivery of projects and the strategic management of client relationships.

• Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership by guiding teams to successful project outcomes while fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

• Communication Skills: Maintain clear and effective communication with both internal teams and clients to ensure a mutual understanding of objectives and expectations.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Proactively identify risks and develop solutions to technical, organizational, and client-related challenges. Demonstrate a can-do attitude, continuously driving team members to overcome effectively the project challenges.

• Client Focus: Be dedicated to understanding and fulfilling client needs, driving continuous improvement and satisfaction in all engagements.

Ideal Candidate

We seek a professional with substantial experience in both software project management and client relationship management. The ideal candidate is skilled at balancing strategic account management with hands-on project oversight, delivering excellence across both areas.
