Ongoing operation of the organization to ensure that operational processes are conducted smoothly across various departments, such as integration of production and operational processes. Responsible for managing and developing organizational information systems and implementing an information systems strategy in line with the company's business objectives. The CIO is responsible for overseeing all technological systems within the organization. This includes managing IT projects, ensuring information security, and aligning information systems with business goals. Key tasks include operating ERP/CRM systems, data analysis, implementing IT solutions, and leading IT teams to support business processes. Additionally, the candidate must have experience in managing information systems and 24/7 production processes, with a strong understanding of cross-organizational workflows.

Bachelor's degree in a technological field (Information Systems/Software Engineering/Computer Science) - mandatory.

Master's degree - an advantage.

Experience in operating critical systems.

Experience in converting core systems.

Proven experience of at least 7 years in real-time information systems management.  Salary among the leading in the market.
