Locusview is a growing Israeli-American SaaS company with significant activity globally. Our client base is made up of the leading gas and electric utility companies in the world. Our goal is to provide a digital construction platform based on AWS so our customers can manage all of their projects digitally from A to Z and in real-time. To succeed, we’re seeking an experienced Office Manager & Experience to join our HR department!
Key Responsibilities:
- Know your office at heart—every room, every tool and equipment, and every facility in its finest details.
- Manage our front desk, which is the first point of contact for our company and the center of the office. Welcome guests and greet people who visit the office, i.e., be present onsite three days a week.
- On special occasions that come from time to time, be present at the office according to need.
- Be responsible and manage inventory of all office operations and logistics including: maintenance, ordering office supplies & equipment, cleaning & cooking services.
- Co-own responsibilities of setting up events, conferences, meetups and occasional events along with our HR team onsite.
- Be responsible for local shipping and deliveries to/ from suppliers.
- Organize, book and run all international, incoming and outgoing flights for our IL site around the world, as
- well as sleep accommodation, cellular packages, insurance etc.
- Handle correspondence, queries and ongoing needs of employees and management and navigate them when needed to the relevant functions.
- Be one step ahead of all office needs and maintenance needs - know what’s missing, what needs should be fulfilled, which inventory needs to be ordered etc.
You have:
- 2+ years of experience as an Office Manager or equivalent experience related roles, preferably at a startup environment.
- Currently an active student who is looking to work 50% of their time.
- Excellent English, both spoken and written.
- Experience working with systems such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Technical understanding, ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- People’s person with a big smile! :)
- Attention to details and problem solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks on a daily basis
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Positive, proactive and with a can do approach.
- Desire to evolve and look for creative ideas to expand the role.
