Director of Growth

We are seeking a results-driven Director of Growth Marketing to spearhead our marketing efforts to join our family. This pivotal role will focus on user acquisition and optimizing our marketing funnels from initial engagement through to purchase. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in media buying and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that enhance user acquisition and engagement across all channels, with hands-on management of campaigns on platforms (Facebook is a must).
• Drive product marketing initiatives that effectively communicate our value proposition and align marketing campaigns with product launches.
• Analyze and optimize the user journey from ad impressions to purchase, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Stay current with marketing trends and best practices, leveraging insights and data to continually refine our marketing messaging and strategies.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends, informing strategic decisions and tactical adjustments.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, program managers, and support teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in media buying, particularly within B2C companies.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
• Experience with funnel optimization and A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and tools, with a specific emphasis on Facebook.
• Excellent analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse group.
