Java Software Engineer

The Information and Insights Department leads data innovation in the organization by promoting data-driven initiatives and managing the organization's advanced data assets and tools.

The Big Data Unit in the department is responsible for the organizational DataLake platform, developing processes and services to make data more accessible and to accelerate data projects.

We are looking for a Back End Developer to join our successful and cohesive team!

The role includes:

Primarily back-end development. Developing new features, fixing bugs, and maintaining existing features. Involvement and collaboration in developing and finding solutions in the areas of DL, ODS, and AI. Developing microservices. Working in an Agile team environment. Developing application infrastructures for use in bank projects. Supporting projects across various tribes.

Requirements:

• 3 years of Java development experience – mandatory.
• Experience writing SQL queries and processes in RDBMS environments – mandatory.
• 3 years of Python development experience – a significant advantage.
• Experience working with Kafka – a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Spark – an advantage.
• Experience in front-end development (Angular) – an advantage.
• Familiarity with CDP platforms: HDFS, Hive – an advantage.
