Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Designer with a strong e-commerce focus. The ideal candidate has a passion for crafting engaging and high-converting websites, combining creativity with technical expertise to enhance our brand’s online presence and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Design High-Converting E-commerce Websites and landing pages: Develop visually compelling and highly functional designs for our e-commerce site, ensuring a seamless user experience and maximizing conversions.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Product Team to ensure design alignment with product development, while partnering with the Marketing Team to ensure brand consistency and marketing objectives are integrated into the website design.
• Elevate Brand Identity: Ensure all website designs reflect and elevate our brand’s visual identity, maintaining a consistent, polished look across all web properties.
• Responsive and User-Centric Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly experiences that perform exceptionally well across all devices, from desktop to mobile.
• Stay Ahead of Design Trends: Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our online presence remains at the cutting edge of e-commerce design.
• Conversion Optimization: Use data-driven insights to enhance design elements that directly impact conversion rates, focusing on improving the user journey and purchase process.
• Maintain Design Documentation: Create and maintain design systems, guidelines, and interaction patterns to ensure a cohesive design language across all digital platforms.

Requirements:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your e-commerce web design expertise, including high-converting designs for consumer-facing websites. Please submit it with your CV.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in web design, with a focus on e-commerce platforms.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices, responsive design principles, and conversion-focused design strategies.
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms like Shopify
• Ability to manage design projects from initial concept through to implementation, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
• Strong visual and aesthetic design skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to cross-functional teams.
• A passion for fitness and technology, and a desire to help us revolutionize the fitness industry through innovative design.
