We are seeking an experienced Corporate Treasurer to oversee our group’s treasury activities on a global level.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Manage the company’s investments portfolio including yields maximization.
• Oversee the group’s global treasury operations, ensuring effective cash management and liquidity.
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to support the company’s financial planning and strategy.
• Manage the company’s foreign exchange (FX) risk and implement hedging strategies to mitigate exposure.
• Manage the company’s credit facility program, including monitoring and managing financial covenants.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Manage the company’s treasury policies and procedures and compliance assurance.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for treasury operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Oversee the company’s insurance programs, ensuring appropriate coverage and cost-efficiency.
• Perform treasury-related tasks for quarterly close, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Lead and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of treasury operations, including working with the IT department to define requirements and lead treasury-related IT projects.
• Collaborate with local finance teams across global entities to ensure alignment and efficiency in treasury operations.

For that mission you’ll need:

• BA degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a treasury role within a publicly traded company.
• Experience in negotiation with banks and managing credit facilities and investment portfolios including maximizing portfolio yield
• Strong analytical experience including financial modeling and data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work with IT teams to lead projects related to treasury systems and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across multiple functions.
• Fluent in both English and Hebrew, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
