Role Description

We seek a Project Manager (PM) to lead the development and customization of the system for each customer. The candidate will be responsible to transform client needs into system specifications and oversee the full cycle of development, testing and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of client needs and transform them into project specifications and system requirements
• Lead a cross-functional team, managing work plans, delivery timelines, and ensuring the highest quality of work
• Lead Design Review sessions and contractual discussions, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Coordinate acceptance and delivery procedures with the various stakeholders
• Work alongside with the CSM and Sales team and provide ongoing reports detailing project progress and expected schedules

Requriemtns:

• +5 years of experience in managing SaaS / have worked in a Software Delivery environment of large scale projects
• Experience and knowledge in provisioning licenses products in a SaaS-driven environment
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously (including but not limited to: implementations, upgrades, and new installations) - an advantage
• Exceptional leadership and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams at all levels
• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science or computer engineering - an advantage
