Sr. Software Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of our software releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software development projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and advance issues to leadership as necessary.
• Serve as the primary liaison for the technical team in multi-functional discussions, ensuring alignment on project goals.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide regular updates on program status, highlighting challenges and proposing solutions.
• Ensure quality standards are met by conducting regular reviews and implementing best practices.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, scope, and schedule constraints.
  
  

• BSc or MSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5+ years in a technical program management role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex, large-scale software projects.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and tailored approaches.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively articulating complex technical issues and solutions.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar software.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.

• Engineering experience in developing and managing software projects.
