Job Overview:

You will be responsible for overseeing the company’s projects and development activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Your role will include managing the production process, coordinating supply and logistics, and ensuring that client needs are met with precision and efficiency. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee ongoing projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, quality standards, and client specifications.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects and operations comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Production Oversight: Manage the production process, ensuring efficient and scalable production operations that meet both quality and safety standards.
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate the supply of materials and logistics to ensure smooth project execution, managing inventory, distribution, and procurement processes.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and create specialized product menus or offerings as required.
• Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members, ensuring high standards across all project phases.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in food industry, including a focus on production processes, supply chain, and logistics.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliances.
• Proven ability to manage production workflows, materials supply, and logistical operations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both internal teams and external clients.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain quality standards.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with both in-office and remote work.
