Head of Revenue Operations

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Team Lead to join our Israel office and lead all strategic business operations.

The ideal candidate will be a data-minded problem-solver who can balance strategy with tactical execution. With the desire and ability to work with a collaborative and growth mindset, you will excel here.

you will be providing insightful analyses and important recommendations to the go-to-market leadership team.

You will work with leaders across the company from sales, marketing, customer success, sales enablement, product, and finance to help build our processes from the ground up within SFDC for better sales efficiencies. What Will You Do:

• Manage a team of Revenue Operations experts.
• Be a strategic business partner and primary operational leader for the Sales leadership.
• Play a meaningful role in architecting, developing, and iterating data-centric analyses to improve efficiency across our Go to Market organization
• Help standardize weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence of sales team activities including QBRs, forecasting, pipeline generation, planning, and opportunity management
• Support and drive, territory design, sales process
• Manage the end-to-end process of handling our sales funnel and operational metrics such as pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
• Be part of the evaluation and onboarding of sales-related tech stack
• Maintain Data quality in Salesforce e.g., correct Account structure, Opportunity ownership, etc.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of sales operations work experience.
• Territory Planning and Team Management experience is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, or data sciences preferred.
• A strong understanding of data analytic methodologies is required.
• Salesforce.com experience required.
• Advanced excel skills required - Proven ability to organize and structure complicated data sets within excel.
• Ability to architect reports.
• Innovative thinker with analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Used to working in a fast-paced environment and able to operate independently with minimum supervision.
