Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Fractional CFO (equity) at Effective Therapy R&D. The Fractional CFO will be responsible for financial planning, analyzing financial statements, ensuring financial stability, and preparing financial reports. This role will play a key part in the financial strategy and decision-making process of the organization.

Qualifications

• Financial Planning and Finance skills
• Ability to prepare graphs, charts, etc, for pitch decks, executive summaries and budgets.
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in preparing and interpreting financial statements
• Financial reporting expertise
• Ability to make strategic financial decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Readiness to work at a startup that's not yet funded.
