Operations Coordinator

Gordon Travel Group is looking for an operation coordinator to join our growing operation team. Gordon Travel Group is one of Israel's biggest travel companies focusing on unique niche products all over the world. Gordon Cruise, Gordon Travel Group subsidiary, is looking for an operation coordinate to work with our partners and suppliers around the world to help and execute hundreds of groups each year.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with suppliers and vendors around the world
• Coordinating and executing travel plan before each departure
• Planning and preparing handout material for passengers
• Working with group guides
• Building travel workflow and pre-booking all services pre-season
• Daily monitoring of yearly budget

Qualifications

• Experience in the cruise world - advantage
• Attention to details
• Excel lover
• Team player
• A high level of English is a must!
