What You’ll Do

• Support the monthly and quarterly-end closing consolidated process and flux analysis.
• Preparation of consolidated financial statements according to US GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Work directly with external audit team during quarterly and year-end audits to ensure all financial information is properly supported with compliance with PCOAB.
• Reviewing and implementing work procedures within the department
• Prepare and analyze financial data and internal reports; monitor progress and changes.
• Equity and share-based compensation recording and support.
• Responsible for managing operational data and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Assist with corporate workpapers, tax accounting, leases and other reporting matters.
• Assist with IPO readiness processes.
• Undertaking ad-hoc corporate financial tasks and processes.
  
  

• “Big Four” accounting firm audit experience
• Strong knowledge and experience in US-GAAP and high-tech industry
• Experience with month-end/year-end close process
• Proven execution of on-demand projects
• Able to critically analyze processes and controls, identify deficiencies and assist with remediation efforts
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, detail-oriented and mindful of deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure with extensive working hours, in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English

• Equity compensation knowledge
• 1-2 years experience as a CPA in a start-up company
