Are you an experienced product leader with a passion for building world-class gaming experiences?

We're looking for a Head of William Hill Gaming Products to lead the strategy, roadmap, and software development of our Casino, Poker, and Bingo products. In this high-impact role, you'll shape the future of the William Hill gaming experience, driving innovation across web, mobile, and native platforms while collaborating with Engineering, Technology, Compliance, Marketing, Commercial, and other global teams across the Evoke Group.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the William Hill Gaming product unit, driving both product strategy and software development.
• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for our Casino, Poker, and Bingo products.
• Lead the development and optimization of the frontend experience across Desktop, Mobile Web, and Native Apps.
• Drive seamless third-party integrations to deliver exceptional player experiences.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Technology, Compliance, Marketing, Creative, and Commercial teams to deliver business and customer value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple markets to align product priorities with business objectives.
• Identify market trends and opportunities through a deep understanding of the online gaming industry, driving product innovation and growth.
• Ensure products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Who we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Software Development, ideally within the online gaming industry.
• Proven experience leading complex products and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• A naturally self-driven leader with the ability to inspire and align teams toward shared goals.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of defining and delivering product roadmaps.
• Experience managing third-party integrations and customer-facing digital products.
• Strong understanding of frontend product development across web and mobile platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements within the online gaming industry.
• A passion for innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience leading Casino, Poker, or Bingo products.
• Experience managing products across multiple international markets and regulatory environments.
