The Role We are seeking a highly motivated Product Research Analyst to join the Product Management team of our Identity and Apps Security Posture Protection unit. In this role, you will focus on conducting in-depth research to inform the design and development of product features and capabilities, particularly in the areas of Identity and SaaS/Cloud Security. This position is critical in supporting our Product Managers by providing valuable insights that drive technical and competitive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market and user research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and user needs in the Identity and SaaS/Cloud Security space
• Lead “How-to-Solve” efforts. Conduct technical research within Identity and SaaS platforms to validate the feasibility of pursued solutions and identify unique and innovative approaches to achieving them.
• Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to provide insights that can influence product strategy
• Apply the understanding of Cybersecurity and customer objectives towards ideation of new product features, capabilities and use cases.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate research findings into actionable recommendations for feature design and enhancements.
• Collaborate with R&D engineers and provide technical guidance and support on how to correctly implement features.
• Analyze existing product features and capabilities to assess performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the Product Management team by synthesizing research findings into presentations and reports.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Cybersecurity).
• 3+ years of experience in security research, product management, market analysis, or a related field, preferably in Identity or SaaS/Cloud Security.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of the Identity Security and/or Cloud Security space.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; experience with market research methodologies is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey research findings to stakeholders.
