Johnson & Johnson MedTech is currently seeking a Clinical Support Representative to join our Joints department based in Shefayim, Israel.

Our company is a market leader in implementation of innovative medical technologies over a variety of surgical fields in hospitals across the country working closely with the surgical community alongside health care providers, payers & buyers in the governmental, public & private sectors.

Job Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
• Knowledge Development: Continuously enhance personal and professional knowledge of clinical products and technologies, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
• Product Familiarization: Gain a thorough understanding of diverse clinical products and technologies, ensuring proficiency in their application within the sales process.
• Market Intelligence Gathering: Collect and analyze information on competitors, market trends, and hospital protocols, including accepted work procedures across various departments.
• Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their efforts, providing clinical insights and resources necessary to achieve overall sales targets.
• Training and Education: Deliver training sessions and educational materials to customers and internal teams, ensuring they are well-informed about product features, benefits, and usage.
• Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between customers and the company, gathering feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all activities align with hospital policies and regulatory standards, promoting safe and effective use of clinical products.
