**Job Title:** Technical Support and Customer Service Representative for Electric Vehicle Charging

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support and Customer Service Representative to join our team in the electric vehicle (EV) charging industry. As a representative, you will be the main point of contact for customers experiencing issues with EV charging. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction with our charging solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide phone and email support to customers experiencing issues with EV charging stations.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, offering solutions or escalating to higher-level support when necessary.

- Assist customers with setting up, operating, and maintaining EV charging systems.

- Work closely with the engineering and sales teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.

- Log and track customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

- Offer guidance and provide instructions on product use and best practices for optimal performance.

- Manage customer inquiries and provide information on new products and services.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in technical support or customer service roles, preferably in a technical or engineering field.

- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with electric vehicles, EV charging stations, or related technology is a plus.

**Location:** [Givataim]  

**Working Hours:** Full-time position, Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
