About The Role



The company is in a fast-growing phase and this person will be responsible for all the recruitment, ATSs and onboarding strategies in the company. They much rather someone from a tech/engineering recruitment agency over someone with lots of experience as hr manager in charge of policies or managing teams, they need someone very hunter.

• Proactively and efficiently build a pipeline of top tier talent, spotting hidden gems and tracking candidates for future opportunities too
• Ensure we have a structured, transparent, and repeatable interview process that's tailored to our values while minimizing bias. As part of this, you'll coach hiring managers on what's required of them
• Select and implement a technical toolset that streamlines the interview process and helps us understand what to optimize
• Ensure candidates have a great experience
• Successfully sell Argent to the most sought after candidates
• Identify candidates that fit our values
• Understand what offer packages are appropriate for Argent's stage and ambition
• Build and manage a recruiting team over time
  
  

• At least 5 years of recruiting experience in highly technical companies. Startup experience is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in social science, or a related field
• Ability to differentiate between A+ and A- engineers
• Strong at every stage of the process, from sourcing to closing
• Excellent written English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Fast and agile thinker, with the ambition & hunger to learn new stuff every day, and excel
• Strong organizational, and time-management skills, and the ability to multitask, and able to manage your time to meet deadlines
• A team player & capable of working independently
  
  

• Hands-on experience in DeFi
• Experience in the cryptocurrency & blockchain ecosystem
