Senior capital markets & commercial Lawyer for Fox Group Legal team
Role includes
- Providing legal services to the public companies in Fox Group Supports
- Ongoing legal advice to the group's companies in Israel and abroad in various commercial agreements, license agreements, and M&As.
- Reporting to the groups' Deputy CEO& Global General Counsel.
Job Requirements
- Minimum experience of 8 years in a leading law firm (securities and corporate department) and leading public companies – must
- Significant commercial experience.
- Experience in the Retail sector
- Fluent in English (Written and Oral)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Multitasking and ability to work independently in a very dynamic group.
