As the Manager of Project Managers, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled project managers who oversee multiple complex projects. You will ensure that all projects are aligned with company goals, are prioritized effectively, and are executed with professionalism. You’ll also be expected to understand and master the details of each project to guide your team to successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

●     Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of project managers, fostering their professional growth while maintaining a high-performance culture.

●     Project Oversight: Oversee a portfolio of diverse projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with company objectives.

●     Prioritization: Develop and maintain project priority frameworks, ensuring that resources are allocated according to strategic needs.

●     Decision-Making: Lead and support your team in making critical project decisions, ensuring that all choices are informed by data, aligned with business objectives, and optimized for resource efficiency and impact.

●     Stakeholder Management: Act as the point of contact for senior management, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

●     Quality Control: Ensure all projects meet the company’s professional standards by reviewing key deliverables, conducting audits, and addressing issues proactively.

●     Solution Design: Understand the specific needs of each project and client, and deliver timely technical solutions that meet those requirements.

●     Research & define new features: Develop new features and types of data based on client needs.

●     Process Improvement: Implement and optimize project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the team.

●     Resource Allocation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to assign and manage resources effectively, balancing competing project demands.

●     System Operation: Collaborate closely with the R&D team to ensure efficient and uninterrupted data production.

●     Optimization: Implement and optimize project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the team.

Qualifications:

●     Management: Proven experience in managing a team of project managers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

●     Project management: Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

●     Leadership & Collaboration: Strong management, communication, and teamwork skills.

●     Excel & Data Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of Excel and data handling.

●     Geospatial Expertise: Geographic knowledge and experience with geospatial data and layers.

●     GIS Familiarity: Comfortable working with GIS systems.

●     Effective Communicator: Proficient in written and verbal English.
