Quality Assurance Engineer

Our Quality Assurance team is looking for a new member! This is your opportunity to join Alpha Tau and to help make available our Alpha DaRT cancer treatment for millions of patients worldwide.

Required experience (field):

Preferably experience in QA in Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals industry.

In years or range: 2-3 years.

Experience in CAPA/NCR/ECO

Required education:

• Any B.A or B.Sc, preferably Biomedical
• Advantage – GLP Certification.
• Advantage – Internal Auditor Certification
• Advantage – Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Fluent and technical English

Major missions and responsibilities:

• Managing CAPA and Non conformance processes, identification of root-cause, determination and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead and control production failures in the company through root cause analysis, MRB, complaints and CAPA activities, and effectiveness check verification.
• Leading change control processes (ECO).
• Writing procedures.
• Handling internal and external audit findings.
• Lead Quality aspects in the Biology laboratory (pre-clinical studies).
• Lead and control product quality in the company through QC checks (include in process and final release).
