We are looking for a Back Office Manager to join our growing team! If you are organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about e-commerce, this role might be perfect for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage orders and customer inquiries (via email, Etsy conversations)

• Upload new products to our website

• Handle order processing and shipment preparation

• Issue invoices and manage export documentation

• Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on open orders

• Opportunity to grow: work with reports, social media, product photography, and more

What You Bring:

• Basic computer and internet skills

• Knowledge of Excel, social media, and a good command of English

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Etsy, Magento2) is a plus

• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, and inventory management software is a bonus

Working Hours:

8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
