Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Lead to establish and lead our SRE practice from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to implement highly scalable and available production environments, make a significant impact by creating the infrastructure and processes that will ensure the reliability and scalability of Silverfort’s products. You will join an innovative, high-performance team and work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic and agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement reliable, highly available, and scalable production infrastructure
• Maintain a safe and healthy production environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
• Work closely with DevOps, R&D, product, and support to define cross-organizational processes
• Creating and Maintain Production runbooks
• Work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic and agile environment
• Manage our on-call rotation to address and efficiently resolve customer-impacting issues
  
  

• 7 years of experience as a SRE engineer on a high-scale distributed system, working in a Linux and Windows environment
• Experience in a leadership role as an SRE - a big advantage
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub actions, Ansible, or similar
• Experience with PagerDuty or equivalent
• Experience with Coralogix or equivalent
• An innovative approach, with the ability to quickly learn technologies
• Ability to write, debug, and document code
