Financial Applications Manager

Atera's Business Applications department is seeking an experienced ERP professional to assist in elevating our's financial applications environment.

The ideal candidate will serve as an expert in the NetSuite domain and participate in defining, implementing, and supporting advanced financial business applications.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on implementation of Netsuite and integration of NetSuite into our vast applications such as Dokka, Mesh, Zip, Hashavim, Tax tools, etc.
• Customize and develop processes across workflows and SuiteScript to ensure system optimization and alignment with best practices.
• Work with business application manager teams for system integrations (Salesforce, Billing tools, etc.)
• Work closely with the Finance and Sales teams and other business leaders to enhance processes, automate workflows within NetSuite, and facilitate seamless integrations with other systems.
• Offer Support and deliver solutions to finance + sales users, oversee the implementation of change requests, and take charge of NetSuite releases and project development responsibilities.
  
  

• Minimum 3 years of experience in NetSuite implementation or administration.
• Possess a profound understanding of business processes and the capability to propose advanced solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, or Accounting.
• Developing and maintaining workflows and scripts.
• Possess a proven track record and hands-on experience at SaaS companies.
• Experience with non-ERP business systems (Salesforce, billing tools, Avalara, etc.) - a significant advantage.
• Experience in developing integrations and automation via Workato - a significant advantage.
• Certified NetSuite Administrator and/or SuiteFoundation Associate - advantage.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ processes and Salesforce admin - a significant advantage.
