Head of Product Managment

We are searching for a talented Head of Product Management to lead the product team for the OTORIO Titan Platform. You will be at the forefront of bringing innovative features to life, ensuring our OT Security platform remains at the cutting edge. Your responsibilities will include shaping the product roadmap and turning the strategic vision into reality. In this role, you will guide a diverse team of Product Managers and Product UX Designers. You will work closely with R&D, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams to define, develop, and strategically advance our product offering.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive product roadmaps while leading a team to deploy and deliver innovative solutions that provide measurable results at scale.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product UX Designers, collaborating closely with engineering.
• Lead your team to innovate the product offering and think creatively within various constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing—to build world-class products.
• Work with partners across the product organization to develop new features and products that delight customers.
• Use data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed product decisions, continuously improving performance and driving customer satisfaction.
  
  

• 6+ years of experience as a product manager, with leadership responsibility from a startup is a must.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of Product Managers.
• Cybersecrity experiance is a must.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a team-player mindset and a "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience analyzing data and extracting valuable insights from it.
• Experience in the design and development of scalable B2B and SaaS products and platform capabilities.
