Senior Marketing Project Manager

MyHeritage is seeking a passionate marketing professional with expertise in project management to join our dynamic marketing department.

As a Senior Marketing Project Manager, you will lead marketing projects, working cross-functionally with different teams to oversee various initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is methodical and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage diverse marketing projects, including marketing design, brand initiatives, creative performance and marketing product operations from start to finish. Utilize task management tools, Gantt charts, and timelines to define KPIs, monitor project success, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Oversee outsource development teams, marketing studios, marketing freelancers, various social and video agencies, designers, and other marketing vendors to ensure effective collaboration with various marketing teams.
• Manage website and funnel optimization landing page projects that serve both online marketing and organic growth teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing strategy and enhance marketing performance.
• Drive the implementation of AI tools to create cost-effective and efficient marketing strategies, optimize processes and enhance campaign performance.
• Develop and manage marketing localization and translation strategies to ensure messaging resonates with diverse audiences across different markets.
• Maintain and implement marketing tools and solutions, including AI tools, build various marketing workflows, and ensure high quality standards and timely delivery.
  
  

What You Bring:

• Over 5 years of marketing experience within a consumer tech company or SaaS environment, with a focus on managing a variety of marketing projects.
• Proven project management experience with exceptional organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a strong attention to detail, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing design projects, video creative projects, and performance-driven creative initiatives.
• Past experience in account management for performance/demand generation campaigns or product marketing — an advantage.
• Quick adaptability to new tools and technologies, including any new marketing-related platforms and tools.
• A passion for marketing and familiarity with marketing strategies.
• A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-team environment.
• A creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a "commando" mindset, who is ready to tackle challenges head-on and brings a positive, can-do approach to every project.
