What you will be doing:

• Responsible for formulating the end to end project plan, in consultation with Program Manager ,R&D staff & other parties concerned on base of the requirements
• Maintaining and tracking plans and schedules according to project goals, gather resource requirements from the various functions and monitoring activities
• Responsible for tracking the overall status of the project
• Tracking risks and perform analysis to list out potential problems, the probability of such occurrences, the possible impact and possible response actions .
• Identify technical debate the holding off progress & facilitate effective discussions that leads to decisions.
• Establish strong operating mechanisms to track progress, identify issues, overcome obstacles, and define recovery plans. Implement effective communication/change management strategies as appropriate
• Gathers and integrates project performance and progress information. Reports on the progress of the program with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and budget to the site/company management .
• Passionately drive execution to meet content/time/cost goals while maintaining compliance with regulation & company quality system .
• Owner of the development stage gates.
• Manages internal and external stakeholders
• Management of project NRE& material budget. With full control & transparency.

What you have:

• Engineering degree . can be also be industry & management .
• At least 5 years of project management role or similar.
• Execution oriented ,results driven .
• Data-driven decision-making and the ability to move teams through complex situations
• Ability to work across multiple business domains and organizational entities to drive, support and realize business goals
• Stakeholder management skill
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency
