Join Our Team:

We are looking for an Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager to become part of our finance team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our bookkeeping team and business leads to oversee financial operations, reporting, and ad hoc financial analyses. This is a hands-on role, and you will report directly to the company’s CFO.

Your Responsibilities:

You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires an individual with financial and analytical skills who can manage complex financial operations and solve challenges related to accounts payable and receivable processes. You will play a critical role in decision-making, supporting the company’s financial health by providing insights from your analyses and ensuring smooth cash flow management.

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Management of outgoing and incoming payments across 10 different payment platforms.
• Ensure that all balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliations, are reconciled on a timely basis.
• Support in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Monitor and perform accounting analyses to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with the preparation of external audits and tax reports.
• Implementation of internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
• Perform controls of the day-to-day bookkeeping operations.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business Management or related fields.
• CPA and Big 4 accounting firm experience – An advantage.
• Microsoft Excel experience - A must.
• Great communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail & accuracy.
