About the Role:

Pangois seeking a Business Partnerships Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of all parking facilities working with the company. The role involves working closely with parking managers, managing budgets, troubleshooting issues, and streamlining operational processes. The position is responsible for increasing revenue, reducing costs, and improving service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the parking-lots.

• Develop partnerships and expand operations through sales and portfolio growth.

• Develop a comprehensive strategy for expanding the parking network, aligning with company goals and market trends.

• Identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand the company's activities in the parking sector.

• Responsible for increasing revenue, reducing costs, and improving the profitability of the parking network.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of all parking facilities, including performance monitoring, budget management, and ensuring high-quality service levels.

• Develop and implement efficient processes to improve operational effectiveness.

• Resolve issues in real-time, manage crises, and improve processes.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in management positions in operations and/or logistics.

• Prior experience in the parking or transportation industry is a significant advantage.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in real-time.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with suppliers and customers.

• Orientation towards technology systems and advanced Excel skills.

• An academic degree in business administration, engineering, or a relevant field in management and sales is an advantage.
