Role and Responsibilities:
Complyt seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team part-time. The position will focus on managing administrative tasks, supporting the finance cycle, and assisting in collections. It involves working 60 hours per month, with flexible scheduling available from Sunday to Thursday, but it requires an on-site presence at our office in Beit Gibor Sport, Ramat Gan.

Key Responsibilities:
Support for the HR department:
· Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees globally by preparing workspaces, setting up equipment, and handling required documentation.
· Organize off-site and welfare activities, including happy hours, events, employee gifts, toasts, lectures, and other team-building events.
Managing Collections from Clients:
· Track and collect outstanding payments, send reminders to clients with upcoming due dates, and follow up with overdue accounts.
· Provide regular updates on the collection process to the finance team.
Ongoing support for all employees:
· Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and inquiries about HR policies, benefits, Miluim, etc.
· Efficiently handle all travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transportation for staff members, and employee reimbursement.
· Providing regular operational support, office supplies, and daily office needs
Office Administration:
· Order and organize office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
· Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure a well-functioning office environment.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
· Experience in a similar role within a startup or high-tech environment.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Proficiency in Excel for managing collections and other office-related tasks.
· Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and resolve inquiries.
· Proven experience in planning and organizing events.
· Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
