Responsibilities:

As a Research and Development technician at BeWeld Medical, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our technology and contributing to our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

·       Reporting directly to the CEO, collaborating closely with the R&D team to achieve project objectives.

·       Assisting in all R&D aspects, encompassing both manufacturing and the design of new processes.

·       Taking ownership of all laboratory equipment, ensuring its proper functioning, maintenance, and alignment with project goals.

·       Developing and implementing system verification and validation processes in strict adherence to applicable industry standards.

Requirements:

To thrive in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

o  Demonstrated hands-on experience in medical device assembly, with a particular emphasis on heart valve grafts.

o  Proficiency and a strong orientation for assembly in accordance with manufacturing protocols.

o  Familiarity with the R&D environment and understanding of manufacturing processes.

o  Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

o  Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic schedules and pressures.

o  Commitment to a full-time, on-site position at our laboratory.
