An International Fashion Brand is seeking a customer service representative to join our team for a full-time position!
The customer service representative will serve as the brand's first point of contact, providing fast and helpful support primarily through email and live chat, with occasional assistance via social media.
Position Details:
● Remote work with the option to work from our office.
● Shift work including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements:
● Excellent communication skills in English.
● Solution-oriented, and ability to problem-solve.
● Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
● Deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
● Responsible and self-sufficient.
● Familiarity with social media; Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook.
Skills and experience:
● Native English level fluency is a MUST.
● Experience in customer service - Advantage.
● Proficiency in Google sheets and CRM - Advantage.
● Interest and understanding in fashion.
