Technical Writer

Looking for Technical Writers to work on a part-time basis

JBS is looking for technical writers for a range of exciting projects across many diverse fields and with a range of levels of experience required.

Our current openings are part-time but availability of at least half-time is mandatory. The work is mostly remote but may require occasional on-site meetings in the Tel Aviv area.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in a paid-position designated as technical writer - please do not apply if you have not worked in an official, paid technical writing position.
• Fluent mother-tongue level English
• Technically savvy and curious about technology
• Outstanding communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Sense of humor
• Willingness to learn new things, people, environments

Nice to have:

• Experience working in on-line documentation platforms such as Document 360, readme.io, etc
• Experience documenting cloud technologies
• Experience documenting cybersecurity products
• Experience documenting APIs and knowledge of Swagger/OpenAPI/YAML-based API documentation
