Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist at C-Data in Petah Tikva. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to address customer needs on a day-to-day basis.

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Analytical Skills and Customer Support experience
• Ability to ensure and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in resolving technical issues and providing support
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in Microsoft365 and Acronis is a plus
