Sales Manager- Food & Agriculture

Are you a passionate and results-oriented sales professional with a strong background in the food and agriculture industry? We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute annual sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with our R&D team to introduce innovative products and technologies to clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training, and implementation for customers.
• Manage pricing, quotations, and oversee a high-performing sales team.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Source global suppliers for equipment, products, and technologies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, driving new business.
• Report to the VP of Sales and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Food Technology, Food Engineering, Biotechnology, or Chemistry.
• Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets in the industrial and institutional sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Excellent English and Hebrew communication skills.
• Ability to balance office-based and field-based responsibilities.
