The DBA team lead will be manage and lead our DBA team while also engaging in hands-on tasks.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance, upgrades, and management of organizational databases.
Identifying and resolving issues, as well as improving infrastructure performance.
Managing ongoing projects and tasks related to infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, communication, cybersecurity, and databases.
Collaborating with multiple interfaces and providing support during non-standard hours as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an infrastructure DBA.
Experience in Performance Tuning
Deep knowledge of Linux operating systems.
Extensive experience with Oracle, MySQL, and Rman for backups and restores.
Familiarity with Golden Gate- Plus
Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of service orientation.
Ability to work independently.
